helpful staffexcellent breakfastcompact roomcrowded hotel
the staff were helpful. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and it was very close to metro and bus stations. breakfast was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations.
the rooms were more compact than expected. the hotel was very crowded with sports teams. i requested to fix the air conditioning, but there was no response until the next day, upsetting.
